quick, easy, quite filling, and I use the healthy request soup with low sodium and fat, as well as lower fat cheeses, but can't get those to work, so nutriion is higher in fat than actual product

Recipe Ingredients for Holly's Tuna casserole

1 tbsp canola oil
1/2 medium onion
1 clove garlic
1 stalk celery
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
1/2 sliced mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup skim milk
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese
8 ounces egg noodles
2 cans tuna
1/4 cup bread crumbs, Italian style

Recipe Directions for Holly's Tuna casserole

  1. Saute veggies in oil, add soup, tuna, and milk and cheese.

  2. Toss with cooked egg noodles,

  3. put in baking dish

  4. toss 1/4 cup of the cheese with bread crumbs, and sprinkle on top

  5. Bake at 350 for 20 -30 minutes until bubbly and cheesy is meltly.
