Recipe Ingredients for Holly's Salsa relish

14 oz diced tomatoes
1 1/2 cups black beans
1 cup corn
1 small green pepper
1 cup diced onion
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 cup peas
1/4 cup water (I use pasta water)
2 tbs red wine vinegar

combine everything in large container and season to taste (I use a mixture of cumin, and italian seasoning with a little pepper, usually the canned tomatos have more than enough salt. I also make sure to drain and rinse the canned beans well, and also the corn
