1/4 cup nonfat yogurt, plain
1/4 cup Hellman's light mayonnaise
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp prepared mustard

Recipe Directions for Hollandaise Sauce

Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, parsley and mustard in a small saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring frequently, for 5 minutes or until heated thoroughly; do not boil.
