Recipe Ingredients for Hollandaise Sauce

2 large eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 tbs lemon juice
1 pinch white pepper or hot pepper sauce
1/2 cup melted butter

Recipe Directions for Hollandaise Sauce

  1. Put eggs, salt, mustard, pepper, and lemon juice in blender and process.

  2. Add melted butter in slow steady stream

  3. May be kept warm over hot water.

  4. To thin out, microwave in 5 second intervals.
