3 cups Spring Mix
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 slice (6-1/4" x 4" x 1/16") Ham, Sliced, Regular
1 oz Loaf
3 Teaspoon Juice

Recipe Directions for Hollandaise Salad

mix olive oil and lemon juice and toss with salad greens. Place two poached eggs on top. Garnish with thinly sliced grilled ham. Serve with grilled slice of La Brea french load bread
