Recipe Ingredients for Holiday Fruit Salad

16 oz mixed berries
16 oz mixed fruit
2 large grapefruits
3 large oranges
424 g granny smith apples
212 g gala apple

Recipe Directions for Holiday Fruit Salad

  1. Empty both bags of frozen fruit (mixed berries and mixed fruit) into a large bowl and leave to thaw overnight

  2. Peel and chop into chunks grapefruits, oranges, and apples

  3. Squeeze lemon juice over cut apples, if desired

  4. Cover and refrigerate until serving
