1 tbsp miracle whip
1 teaspoon ketchup
1 cup tropical fruit salad, without juice
1/2 cup yogurt, sugar free, fat free

  2. Drain juice from tropical fruit salad

  3. Add 1 tbsp Miracle Whip, 1 tsp ketchup, 1 cup Dannon Light 'n Fit Vanilla Yogurt
