Recipe Ingredients for Holiday fruit bread

3 cups whole grain flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
3 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp sea salt
2 eggs
3 tsp vanilla
1 cup oil
1 cup sugar
2 cups mashed banana
1 cup applesauce (no sugar added)
2 cups dried cranberries
2 cups walnuts
