Great on any type of Asian style dumplings. I serve it with shrimp shumai on a bed of mixed baby greens (half dressing, about 1/3 cup should be enough to coat very well 60 g of greens = about 2 cups tightly packed)

Recipe Ingredients for Hoisin Lime Dressing

2 tbsp hoisin sauce
2 tbsp pure maple syrup
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
4 tbsp lime juice
1/4 cup water
2 tsp sesame oil, hot sesame oil works best
1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves (cilantro)

Recipe Directions for Hoisin Lime Dressing

  1. Combine all ingredients, except for cilantro.

  2. When well mixed, add chopped cilantro.
