Recipe Ingredients for Hoisin Cabbage

1 tablespoon olive oil
485 grams onion
600 grams red cabbage
670 grams savoy cabbage
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
1/2 cup chicken broth

Recipe Directions for Hoisin Cabbage

  1. saute onions in olive oil 10 minutes over medium high heat until translucent

  2. shred cabbage and cook with onions and chicken broth another ten minutes until tender

  3. add hoisin sauce, salt and pepper to taste
