This recipe is on the back of the box. The recipe estimates this will make 24-28 pancakes. I used the lower number for the nutritional information. I added 1 t of butter to smear on top of each pancake.

Recipe Ingredients for Hodgson Mill Buckwheat pancake mix-2 ww pts.

3 cups buckwheat flour
2 cups skim milk
2 eggs
4 T oil
1 t butter

Recipe Directions for Hodgson Mill Buckwheat pancake mix-2 ww pts.

  1. Preheat griddle to 360 f.

  2. Spray griddle or pan with cooking spray.

  3. Place pancake mix into mixing bowl; add milk and eggs, stir in vegetable oil.

  4. Mix just until blended.

  5. Let stand 5 minutes.

  6. Cook on one side until bubbles form on the edges, then flip and cook on other side until golden brown.

  7. Serve hot.

  8. For thinner pancakes use more milk.
