Recipe Ingredients for Hobo Stew

1 lb beef, lean, for stew
4 oz turkey, ground
6 oz chicken breast
4 oz pork, lean
14 oz great northern beans
1 cup carrots, baby
3/4 cup celery, chopped large
3/4 cup onion, chopped large
1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
3/4 cup apple, chopped large
1 cup potato, small yukon gold, cut in large pieces
3/4 cup broccoli, frozen pieces
2/3 cup peas, frozen
2/3 cup cauliflower, frozen
3/4 cup green beans, frozen
2 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
2 tsp rosemary, crushed
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp black pepper

Recipe Directions for Hobo Stew

Just throw everything in a large kettle and just cover with water (if you use broth or stock, adjust the calories accordingly). Let it cook away until the flavors blend, the veggies are soft, the meat is cooked, and adjust seasonings. Serve hot with a loaf of good multigrain bread - easy, nutritious, delicious!
