Recipe Ingredients for H&M quick and simple chicken stir-fry

1 chicken breast
25 g ginger
2 scallion
100 g pak choi
1 tbs cornstarch
1 tbs oil
2 tbs soy sauce

Recipe Directions for H&M quick and simple chicken stir-fry

  1. chop ginger, garlic, chilli and spring onions

  2. slice chicken

  3. chop pak choi

  4. stir-fry spices in 1 tbsp oil, then add chicken and stir-fry until no longer pink

  5. mix 1 tbsp cornflour with 2tbsp dark soy sauce, and water to taste

  6. add liquid mix to stir-fry, cover and simmer until sauce has thickened

  7. serve on rice
