Whole wheat pumpkin muffins with Hershey's Special Dark chocolate chips

Recipe Ingredients for HKP's Pumpkin Muffins

1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
15 oz pumpkin puree
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
2 tsp apple pie spice
1 1/4 cups sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup dark chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for HKP's Pumpkin Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Whisk together flour and baking powder

  3. Mix pumpkin, oil, eggs, spice, sugar, soda and salt. Add to flour.

  4. Mix is dark chocolate chips. Top with cinnamon sugar, if desired

  5. Fill up muffin cups and bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
