Recipe Ingredients for Hip & Healthy Hummus

425 g chickpeas
1/2 c nonfat plain yogurt
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1 salt and pepper

Recipe Directions for Hip & Healthy Hummus

  1. Process chickpeas, yoghurt, lemon juice, and garlic in the bowl of a food processor until smooth, approximately 1 minute.

  2. If mixture is too thick, thin out by adding water and blend until desired texture.

  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Place in a serving bowl and sprinkle with smoked paprika, if desired.
