Recipe Ingredients for Hinton's Chicken & Rice

3 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked
12 oz Chicken
3 large Egg, White
1 T Garlic salt
1 T Parsley
1 T Basil

Recipe Directions for Hinton's Chicken & Rice

  1. Cook brown rice (try not to use instant rice) according to package directions. Add garlic salt.

  2. Cook boneless, skinless chicken breast; cut into cubes. Season with basil.

  3. Cook three large egg whites.

  4. Mix together in a large skillet. Cook for 2 - 3 minutes.

  5. Add a sweet and sour sauce or soy sauce of your choosing.
