35 grams Raspberries
30 grams Blueberries
15 grams Apple Sauce, Unsweetened (Urtekram)
4 grams Shredded Coconut, Unsweetened
8 grams Wheat bran
9 grams Oats, Instant or Rolled

Recipe Directions for Hindbær-blåbær smuldretærte

  1. Lägg bären i botten på formarna. Strö över ca ½-1 tsk potatismjöl (beror på hur saftiga bären är) på bären i vardera form.

  2. Blanda samman alla torra ingredienser till smuldegen i en bunka. Klicka i smöret och knåda samman allt.

  3. Strö över smulorna över bären så att det blir ett täckande täcke. Ringla eventuellt över lite sirap på toppen för att få lite extra mumma och krispighet.

  4. Grädda i ugn, 225°C, i ca 15 minuter tills pajerna fått en fin gyllene färg.

  5. Servera tillsammans med vaniljvisp eller vaniljglass.
