Recipe Ingredients for Himalayan express

2 cup Coconut Milk
2 cup Spinach
2 cup Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular, Cooked
70 grams Cashew Nuts
28 grams Chilli

Recipe Directions for Himalayan express

Stew spinach in coconut milk, add a bit of salt and pepper. Roast cashew ruts on a hot pan, put them into sauce as well as crushed chilli. Boil rice and serve with the sauce! Voila :)
