This Guatemalan meal is prepared with Hilachas Style Sauce which wasn´t listed. Instead I replaced it with tomatoe sauce for the calorie equivalency. This sauce from scratch is made of: broiled tomatoes, achiote, different chili peppers as raisin pepper and guaque pepper.

1 lb flank steak
1/2 lb potatoe
2 carrot
2 1/2 cup tomato sauce

Recipe Directions for Hilachas

Cook meat and separate it in small strings. Cook potatoes and carrots and add the Hilachas sauce
