1 1/2 cups water
2 tsp salt
3 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp oil
4 cups rice flour
1/2 cups coconut, shredded
3 tbsp peanut butter
2 tsp yeast
2 tbsp baking powder

  1. add ingredients as listed to breadmaker or hand mix in order.

  2. add additional water to make into cake like batter

  3. cook at 350 till done
