I took Jamie's recipe and upped the protein, subbed pumpkin spice and Splenda Brown Sugar (just because I had it on hand, don't go out and buy splenda, get the brown sugar blend ideal)

Recipe Ingredients for higher protien adapatation of Jamie Easons Pumpkin Protein Bars

1/4 c Splenda Brown Sugar Blend (Ideal)
1/4 c Apple Sauce Unsweetened Organics
1/8 c Total 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 tsp pumpkin spice
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla extract
4 large egg whites
1 oz. Pumpkin
1 1/2 c oat flour
4 scoopfuls Isopure Creamy Vanilla
1/2 cup almond milk
1/4 c chopped almonds

  1. Mix all ingredients except the oat flour, protein pwder and almond milk.

  2. Then mix the last 3 ingredients, then mix together.

  3. Spray 9x13 with spray and bake at 350 for 30 min
