This a wonderful dish for someone who wants to get more protein in the morning but doesn?t have time to cook breakfast . Just simply bake cool cut in to portions and microwave. Quick easy and delicious.

Recipe Ingredients for High Protien Crustless Breakfast Quiche

1/2 cup green pepper
1/2 cup green onion
1/4 red onion
1/2 cup tomato
3 cups egg beaters
1 cup lowfat milk
2 tablespoons cheese
2 tablespoons fresh parsley
2 tablespoons cumin
1/2 tablespoon of pepper

Recipe Directions for High Protien Crustless Breakfast Quiche

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Chop up 1/2 cup of green pepper, green onion and tomato. Then chop up 1/4 cup of red onion. Set aside.

  3. Then combine egg beaters and milk in a mixing bowl slowly mixing in the chopped up ingredients. Parsley and Cumin.

  4. When finished place ingredients in a 8x13 casserole dish. Top with cheese. Then bake for 15-20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
