Recipe Directions for High protein walnut raisin muffins

  1. preheat oven to 350

  2. * Mix all ingredients in 1 bowl. Make sure to break up any clumps that appear.

  3. Pour out in to a 6 muffin tins till 3/4 full.

  4. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.

  5. * Note. * i used Jay Robb's brand vanilla whey protein powder, so this nutritional analysis is a bit off:: the muffins are 120 mg of sodium not 190, and i also used oat bran not raw oats which has more protein bringing the muffins to around 19 grams. also the calories are 255-ish for the ones i made.
