Recipe Ingredients for High Protein Tuna Salad

10 Egg, Whole
15 oz. tuna chunk light in water, drained
1 oz. Spicy brown mustard
2 oz. light mayonaisse
1 tbsp. Seasoning

Recipe Directions for High Protein Tuna Salad

  1. Cut up your boiled eggs.

  2. Put everything in a bowl.

  3. Mix.

  4. Chill and enjoy however you like your tuna salad.
