1/4 cup lettuce
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp chilli powder
7 1/2 g chicken breast meat
3 g whole wheat flour
2 1/4 g soy protein
2 1/4 g egg white dried
15 g water
15 g mung bean (sprouted)

  2. Mix ingredients.
