High Protein Quick Bread by Terra Americana

Recipe Ingredients for High Protein Quick Bread

1 cup arrowroot flour
1 cup rice flour
1/2 cup corn meal
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup flax seed (ground)
1/4 cup dry milk powder
1 1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup molasses

Recipe Directions for High Protein Quick Bread

Combine dry ingredients. Dissolve honey and/or molasses in milk. Combine wet and dry. Pour into greased 9x5 inch loaf pan. Stand for 20 minutes. Place in preheated 350 degree oven for 35 to 50 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
