Morning Breakfast 2 eggs, 2 oz plain greek yogurt, Worcestershire Sauce

Recipe Ingredients for High Protein Poached Eggs

2 large Egg, Whole
2 oz Yogurt
1 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce

Recipe Directions for High Protein Poached Eggs

  1. Put 8 ounces of water into a pyrex measuring cup and microwave for 2 minutes until it is at a roiling boil

  2. Remove and crack 1 egg in the water

  3. Microwave again for 10 seconds

  4. Remove from microwave and let it sit in water for 20 seconds

  5. Remove with slotted spoon and place in bowl

  6. Repeat with 2nd egg

  7. Top with yogurt and worcestershire

  8. Salt & Pepper to taste
