Recipe Ingredients for High Protein Pancakes

30 grams oat flour
25 grams Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
1 large Egg, Whole
100 grams Milk, Producer, Fluid, 3.7% Milkfat
50 grams FAGE Total 0%
1 pinch Sea Salt
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 grams Vanilla Extract
5 grams Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for High Protein Pancakes

  1. Put all ingredients, except for olive oil, in a protein shaker or a mixer, leave baking powder last.

  2. Shake really well until you get a creamy texture.

  3. Adjust moist adding milk or oats.

  4. Preheath a pan and spray a little oil.

  5. Pour the batter making two or three pancakes at the time.

  6. Turn when bubbles and if you want an extra taste and energy add some rasins before turning.

  7. Keep in a thight air container, good also after one day.
