Delicious Pancake recipe. My daughter LOVES these.

Recipe Ingredients for High Protein Pancakes

3 egg whites
1 cup low fat cottage cheese
1/2 cups Buckwheat Pancake Mix
1 cooking spray

Recipe Directions for High Protein Pancakes

  1. mix all ingredients together.

  2. In a skillet on Med heat, heat some cooking spray, and spoon pancake mix onto the pan (choose what size you want. I usually make smaller size ones)

  3. cook til lightly Browned on one side, then flip over. when you flip flatten the pancake a bit, as batter will probably be pretty thick. cook until lighly browned on both sides.

  4. toping suggestion - I like to top mine with some Polaner All Fruit... and maybe, depending on my mood just a little bit of butter. for my daughter, we top with the All fruit, and then she gets to sprinkle a small amout of powdered sugar on top...
