Egg white omalate with spinach, mushrooms, bread crumbs, and sliced turkey

Recipe Ingredients for High Protein Omalate

1/2 cup of Egg White
1/4 cup of Raw Spinach
1/4 cup Canned Mushrooms
2 oz StarKist Chunk Light Canned Tuna

Recipe Directions for High Protein Omalate

Spray the pan with non-fat pam and turn the heat on medium. Pour the eggs whites, spinach, and mushrooms into the pan and stir. Then pour the tuna into the mixture. Make sure to stir well. turn the heat up to high and continue to stir until the first sign of brown. Once the mixture is either dry or starting to crisp it's done. ( its up to you)
