Recipe Ingredients for High Protein Oatmeal Pancakes

4 ounces low-fat cottage cheese
3 large fresh egg whites
1/2 cup quick oats
1 tablespoon Flax Seeds
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 medium banana, ripe
6 strawberries

Recipe Directions for High Protein Oatmeal Pancakes

Place all ingredients except for the strawberries in a blender, blend well Divide into desired amount of pancakes and cook to taste
