0.5 cup Plain Nonfat
0.75 cup dry Quick Quaker Oats
4 serving whey protein 1/2 scoop
4 packet Stevia
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
