High Protein Meal Replacement Bars or Snack

Recipe Ingredients for High Protein Meal Replacement Bar

4 serving Flavorite Old Fashioned Oats
1 tbsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 serving Flavorite apple sauce
16 tbsp Honey Natural Peanut Butter with Honey
8 scoop Ultra Peptide
5 serving Clover Honey

Recipe Directions for High Protein Meal Replacement Bar

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Bake Oats for 10 - 15 min until golden brown (no oils)

  3. Combine honey, apple sauce, cinnamon, protein powder, & peanut butter. Mix well.

  4. Once oats have cooled, add oats to bowl and mix and coat well

  5. Bake in pan on 350 for 15 - 20 min until golden brown.

  6. Cut into squares and allow to cool. Store in refrigerator in plastic container or plastic baggies for easy access.
