This uses only a little light mayo to add some creaminess, but the yogurt and dry cottage cheese make this a very healthy alternative to veggies and dip.

Recipe Ingredients for High Protein, low-fat dip base

2/3 cup dry low-fat cottage cheese
1 cup fat free plain yogurt
1 tablespoon Hellmann's light mayonnaise

Recipe Directions for High Protein, low-fat dip base

  1. Measure out all ingredients into a bowl and use a hand blender to blend the ingredients together.

  2. Add any seasonings you need and let stand in the fridge for approximately one hour. Use this dip base instead of sour cream and mayonnaise for healthy dips.

  3. Serve with cut up veggies - comes in at under 150 calories with veggies.
