1/2 cup almond butter
1 large egg
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup almond meal
1/3 cup honey
1 1/2 scoops protein powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup pumpkin puree

Recipe Directions for High Protein Low Carb PB Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Beat egg in large bowl.

  3. Add remaining ingredients; mix until blended thoroughly.

  4. Using spoon or hands, drop onto lightly greased cookie sheet about 1 in apart.

  5. Bake for 12 minutes.
