4 oz Fat Free Vanilla Yogurt
1/4 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1/4 cup mango (fresh or frozen)
1/8 cup orange Juice
1/4 cup fat-free milk

  1. Grind the fruit with a handful of ice in a blender.

  2. Add remaining ingredients and blend.
