Recipe Ingredients for High Protein Energy Balls

2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup chopped almonds
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup honey

Recipe Directions for High Protein Energy Balls

  1. Mix dry ingredients throughly, work in honey and peanut butter. Form into small balls.

  2. Bake on cookie sheet or cake rack, at 375 degrees for 10 minutes or until lightly brown. Makes 5 dozen.
