Recipe Ingredients for High Protein Chocolate Pancakes

1.5 cup mix Original Pancake Mix
1/2 cup Low Fat Cottage Cheese
1 scoops Whey Protein Powder

Recipe Directions for High Protein Chocolate Pancakes

Combine cottage cheese, protein powder, and about one cup of water and mix well. Add pancake mix and enough water as necessary to reach a slightly thick batter consistency. Do not overmix.Should be slightly lumpy. Ladle onto medium high griddle. Cook until bubbles appear. Flip once and cook very briefly on second side.
