I fuse together 2 recipes.One from Rocco Dispirito and the other from April's Blog.

Recipe Ingredients for High Protein Brownies

1/4 cup cooked black beans
2 tbsp oats
85 g greek yogurt
1/2 tsp baking powder
3 egg whites
1 scoop protein powder
1/2 tsp dark chocolate cocoa powder
2 strawberries pureed
1/2 tsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for High Protein Brownies

  1. Boil and cook 1/4 cup beans.

  2. Mashed them with a fork or in a food processor.

  3. Mash strawberries to make a puree.

  4. Combine all ingredients.

  5. Grease 8x8 pan with olive oil.

  6. Preheat oven 350 degrees.

  7. Bake for 15-20 min.

  8. Let the brownies cool completely.

  9. Cut into 8 squares.
