I was really shocked at how much more protein this recipe had and it's pretty good. I'm going to make big batches for nieces and nephews. So on rushed mornings they can have good high fiber, high protein breakfast that will keep them full longer than off the shelf cereals. *About twice the fiber and protein of the BEST off the shelf cereals.*

Recipe Ingredients for High Pro Granola

2 c. rolled Oats
3/4 c. Walnut
1/4 c. corn syrup
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 c. wheat germ
3 tbsp. Canola oil
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp corn syrup
1/4 tsp kosher salt

Recipe Directions for High Pro Granola

  1. Mix wet ingre. in a bowl, mix dry ingre. in another them combine. Back on parchment lined baking sheet at 275 degrees F for 30 min.

  2. 6 servings per batch
