Tasty filling main dish. Either have 2 with a salad or 1 with fries. 1 is pretty filling and keeps you full all evening.

Recipe Ingredients for High Fiber Vegetarian Wrap

1 cup, chopped Broccoli
1 cup Spinach
2 tbsp chopped Onions
4 wedge Light Original Swiss Spreadable Cheese Wedges
1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
2 oz Mozzarella Cheese Alternative
6 oz Gardein Beefless Tips
4 tortilla 6" Low Carb Whole Wheat Tortillas 10ct
1 tbsp Pepper, Black
1 tablespoon Oregano
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 serving Cooking Spray All Varieties

Recipe Directions for High Fiber Vegetarian Wrap

Add broccoli, spinach (or use mixed baby greens), onions and mushrooms in a chopper or chop gently in a blender. Add mixture into a microwave dish. Add mozzarella alternative, Happy Cow wedges, garlic powder and pepper and mix. Put in microwave just long enough to melt the cheese a bit and mix it up. It makes an easy to spread mixture. Spray pan with Pam and place Beefless tips in pan, cook until brown all over. I like to cook them til they are a little crispy for the texture. Place tortilla's in microwave for about 15 seconds to soften. Spread mixture on 4 tortilla's. Add your beef tips evenly and add green pepper pieces (optional). Wrap it up and serve with your choice of healthy side dishes.
