Recipe Ingredients for High fiber Quesadilla

1 serving La Tortilla Factory low carb tortillas
1/4 c. cheddar, shredded
1 T. tomato, chopped
2 T. black beans
1 T. jalapeno pepper

Recipe Directions for High fiber Quesadilla

  1. Barely kiss a non-stick pan with Pam. Place a tortilla in the pan, and sprinkle half the cheese overall.

  2. Scatter the black beans evenly over the cheese, then the rest of the fillings.

  3. scatter the rest of the cheese on top and fold over, pressing flat with spatula.

  4. Overall cook time should only a couple minutes on med heat.
