flax, soy, oats and whole wheat flour

Recipe Ingredients for high fiber/protein brownies

120 grams oats
60 grams flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup cocoa
1 cup sugar
1 cup rice milk
3 eggs
3/4 cup ground flax
1 banana
2 tbsp vanilla
1/2 cup walnuts

Recipe Directions for high fiber/protein brownies

  1. combine dry ingredients

  2. combine wet ingredients

  3. mix together, bake in 9x13 greased pan

  4. bake 325 30-35 mins

  5. melt butterscotch chips with a little soy, pour on top of cooked brownies
