Recipe Ingredients for High Fiber Protein Bar

1 3/4 cup High Fiber Cereal
0.33 serving Coconut Shredded
0.06 cup Craisins, Sweetened Dried Cranberries
1/2 scoop Whey Protein Powder
1 tablespoon Pumpkin Seeds
1 tbsp Flaxseed Meal

Recipe Directions for High Fiber Protein Bar

Toast Pumpkin Seeds. Boil craisins in 3 tbsp of water, mix in flaxseed meal, coconut, protein power, while adding one tbsp of water at a time. When the mixture is sticky and even, pour into dry ingredients (cereal and cinnamon).
