This soup is high in fiber and very filling.

Recipe Ingredients for high fiber pea soup

1 2/3 cup corn
3 cup peas (I use field peas)
5 oz orzo pasta
2 cup chicken broth
6 oz tomato paste
5 oz veggie crumbles
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 clove chopped garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp accent
1 tsp worcestershire sauce

Recipe Directions for high fiber pea soup

  1. Heat oil, veggie crumbles, salt, pepper, accent, worcestershire sauce, garlic, and onions in soup pot and heat until onions and crumbles are cooked.

  2. Add remaining ingredients to soup pot and simmer for about 30 minutes or until orzo is cooked.
