0.75 cup Egg Beaters
24 tbsp Milled Flax Seed
1/2 cup Crushed Pineapple
1 tbsp Butter
0.25 cup, packed Sugars, Brown

Recipe Directions for High fiber flax seed pineapple upside down cake

Combine pineapple, butter, and brown sugar, and stir over med heat until sugar dissolves. Pour into the bottom of a large cake pan. Combine cake mix, flax seed, egg beaters, and a cup of water in a separate bowl, and pour over pineapple mixture. Bake 28-30 min at 350 degrees.
