2 tbsp Cocoa, Dry Powder, Unsweetened, Processed
3 tsp Sugars, Granulated

  1. mix flax seed, sugar and cocoa in a cup

  2. add just enough water to mix it into a brownie-batter like paste.

  3. EAT!
