6 cup High Fiber trader joe's cereal
1/4 cup quick oats
4 tbsp sunflower seeds
1/3 cup craisins
2 tbsp Blue Agave
1 PAM cooking spray
1 serving Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Protein

Recipe Directions for High Fiber Bar

bake at 350 for 15 min, then turned off oven and left in overnight.
