Recipe Ingredients for High calorie quiche

6 eggs
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup whole milk
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp garlic, minced
12 small mushrooms, sliced
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup broccoli, chopped
12 ounces sausage

Recipe Directions for High calorie quiche

  1. Cook sausage and crumble.

  2. Cut mushrooms and broccoli

  3. Mix eggs, cheeses, milk, flour, and garlic. Add mushrooms,onion, broccoli and sausage.

  4. Pour into a greased baking pan.

  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
