Trying to gain some healthy weight! It says 4 servings, but I drink most of it...

Recipe Ingredients for High Calorie, High Protein Smoothie

1 cup rice milk
1 cup plain yogurt
1 small banana
1/2 cup blueberries, frozen
1/2 cup mango, frozen
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
2 tbsp flax seed meal
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp natural peanut butter
2 tbsp TJ's organic hemp protein powder vanilla
2 tbsp honey

Recipe Directions for High Calorie, High Protein Smoothie

  1. Use any combination of frozen and fresh fruit you like.

  2. I don't usually measure, feel free to just throw things in... For the hemp protein powder, I actually use 4 tbsp, the correct amount according to the package. I put 2 tbsp in the recipe so that the nutrition info would be correct, since there is a typo and it says a serving is 2 tbsp.

  3. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed for a minute or two.
